Great job very efficient

I was quoted 45 minutes for a winter tire change. I was there for 2 1/2 hours! The employees kept telling me I was next or it won't be long now. I EVEN BOOKED AN APPOINTMENT!!! And still paid full price for my service. And....the tire pressure system light is now on in my car so that probably means I need to go back. Ugh!

It was the best tire shopping experience I’ve ever had. After trouble calling another store, this store answered on the first ring, listened to what I needed, helped me decide what was best, held my tires and helped me load them into my car all within minutes. From the time I drove there to the time I left the store couldn’t have been more than 20 minutes. I had one associate help me on the phone and a second associate complete my order in store. Both associates were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I couldn’t have asked for more from the whole experience.

The entire Store staff is knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. However, the 3-hour wait for finishing service is unbearable. I am a 77-year-old senior who's paralyzed and uses a wheelchair, and at other Discount stores, I'm given special consideration to eliminate waiting for hours. This should be the company's standard policy for all locations. Additionally, an established customer with a protection plan should be given priority and not have to wait hours for service.
